All returns and exchanges are welcomed on any damaged item. Please contact customer service for shipping labels for such items.
Refunds and exchanges on our Signature Delite Line must be post marked within three business days of reciept of your broom. Please check your product invoice for shipping address details.
All sales are final on all Custom Delite Broom orders once your order has shipped. Because your broom is handcrafted and customized to your liking, we are unable to reuse materials after they have been bonded to your broom. Please be sure that you select the correct color of ribbon and broom style (natural or white) when placing your order.
